Missing the migration that removes thread-safety from the builds, run this:

 upcp -m '*2023_03_07*'

This runs the migration from March 7, 2023. Once completed, perform a full platform scrub: upcp -sbf.

That did it. Going to hold off on the distro switch until I can plan some potential downtime, but I’m up to v.3.2.44, sites are back online and everything seems to be in order.
