Changed Domain name and now cannot get apps to resolve

Description

I changed the domain name of one of my sites and after doing that I cannot get the applications (wordpress) to resolve. DNS is correct, dig works and looks good, SSL works, but getting “503 - The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

Steps to Reproduce

Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the bug. Include any necessary code snippets, commands, or configuration files.

  • Create domain/site, install App
  • Change domain name
  • Login and install/change/uninstall app - DNS doesnt resolve.
  • I feel this is a one off, so these steps will not reproduce.

Expected Behavior

Wordpess installs and loads normally.

Actual Behavior

I get a 503 error

I’m looking for some guidance on where to look and how to fix/troubleshoot.

One odd hint, in Nexus if I go to PHP pools I get a “Internal Server Error”. Very odd.

I’d start by looking at the logs discussed on docs.apiscp.com.

Note that depending upon panel release, it’s php-fpm-siteXX (old format) or php-fpm@siteXX for upcoming release.
