Dashboard shows kill option next to processes that the user cannot kill

In the dashboard under processes users have the option to kill processes that are run by root etc. When attempting to do so the following error message is displayed https://prnt.sc/3OkWN5XcHB4k

I assume this is intended behavior but why would the user be given the option to kill it in the first place? My feature suggestion is to not display the kill button if the process isn’t killable by the user

However processes that are running under users such as IMAP is now no longer killable

Processes are only killable by the owner.
