Filemanager - Folder disappeared

So my filemanager looks a bit weird now. Was doing some simple work in filemanager, and suddenly the shortcut to mainwebsite etc disappeared.

How can i get my folders back? i can browse main website files by going to: apps/filemanager?cwd=%2Fvar%2Fwww%2Fhtml

but i want the folder to be visible. Like this:

And NO. I didnt delete the shortcut in any way.

New > Link in File Manager. It is just a symbolic link to /var/www/html.

I have no heard of mainwebsite_html spontaneously deleting itself. If you can reliably reproduce it then I can investigate further.
