howto clear / wipe the rspamd BAYES_SPAM

Hi all :slight_smile:

can someone tell me howto clear or wipe the learned messages in the BAYES_SPAM

a lot of good mails are flagged now as SPAM.
they have all the right mail configuration.

is there someone that can tell me or point me in the right direction to have ‘safe’ configuration for rspamd ?

As quick answer from another user:

There is the RSPAM Dashboard, accessable via https://%HOST%:2083/apps/rspamd

Maybe you can identify why there are so many fault positives.
Do you copy/move a folder from INBOX to SPAM

Removing this misplaced folder should remove the “learned rules”.

Another way could be to clear the related redis database entries.

But i was never in that situation. So being not 100% sure that this is the best way to go.

Yes

Also added the bulk imports for learning HAM_SPAM messages.
