Maildrop / Mail Delivery issues

After an in-place upgrade, mail delivery is not working. The maillog shows this:

I deleted the maildrop folder and restarted postfix, it recreated the folder but still fails with the same error. Any thoughts?

Also seeing the following for valid users:

(temporary failure. Command output: ERR: authdaemon: s_connect() failed: Connection refused /usr/bin/maildrop: Temporary authentication failure.)

dnf reinstall -y maildrop and perform a full platform scrub, upcp -sbf. A full platform scrub is necessary after performing an in-place upgrade, see Updating CentOS 7 to Alma/Rocky 8 in-place with Leapp
