MariaDB 10.5 update failure - no repomd.xml

Bug Report Template

Description

When trying to run upcp or any update, servers error with;
Failed to download metadata for repo ‘‘mariadb’’: Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried

It tries to pull from http://mirror.mariadb.org/yum/10.5/rhel8-amd64/repodata/repomd.xml which doesn’t exist.

I want to confirm In-place MariaDB upgrade | ApisCP Notes is still the best course of action to take?
