Bug Report Template

Description

When a user clicks “SSL Certificates” a message displays saying “Internal Server Error” “No sentient programmers detected”

This is happening to some but not all websites/users.

Steps to Reproduce

Login as Administrator
Nexus - Select the website and Login As
Click the arrow beside Web
Click SSL Certificates

Expected Behavior

I expect the certificates screen to load.

Actual Behavior

Internal Server Error
No sentient programmers detected
¯_(ツ)_/¯

Additional Information

The down arrow at the top corner beside the username doesn’t work (to Revert Login-As) doesn’t work when on the error page but it does work after changing to another page.

Lastly for an enhancement on the topic… They are not “SSL Certificates”. “TLS Certificates” or just “Certificates” would be a better ‘category’.

Thanks for the bug report. This has been fixed in edge. To hop on edge before the next release,

cpcmd scope:set cp.update-policy edge-major
upcp

Note, there will be a small patch release coming in a few days, so this update policy will be brief.

Thank you, this fixed it.

Has this been flared yet? Will you please so we don’t have to put every single server on edge to get a simple fix for an issue that shouldn’t exist?

You can use Ansible to switch release channel across nodes.
