Please provide a clear and concise description of the bug you encountered.
Mail to an existing virtual mailbox is not being delivered. Postfix defers all incoming mail for the user with the error:
Cannot find system user Support@krlit.co.uk /usr/bin/maildrop: Cannot set my user or group id.
The mailbox exists in APISCP and has a corresponding home directory, but Postfix/Apiscp cannot deliver mail to it.

What does the entry under Mail > Manage Mailboxes look like for this email address? What does the corresponding system user look like in User > Manage Users?
Username lookups are case-sensitive, “Support” and “support” are two different users as far as the OS is concerned and ApisCP lowercases these usernames internally when added.
Sorry for the delayed reply!
Please see the screenshots below. I have removed support as that wasnt working, and attempted it for my own user.
Still experiencing the same issue. Not getting emails and bounceback will eventually say user doesnt exist.
I’m not sure I understand where the “Support” user is coming from. What’s the intended recipient email address that results in an ultimate delivery to “Support@krlit.co.uk”? Is this a new account or did you import from a cPanel backup?
Sorry. Let me explain abit clearer.
The kieran.fenton mailbox was created first and can successfully send outbound mail but fails to receive any inbound messages.
To rule out a mailbox-specific problem, I created an additional user and mailbox (support@krlit.co.uk), which showed the same delivery failure, so I removed it afterward.
This suggests the problem is not isolated to a single account.
Thanks for the report, fixed.
