I already set apache – evasive > enabled to false.
But still timing out.

May’ve been previously blocked. If you know the IP address of the connecting machine, cpcmd rampart:unban XX.YY.ZZ

Or to flush everything en masse,

cpcmd rampart:flush evasive

You may also need to flush the recidivism jail, cpcmd rampart:flush recidive.
